It is a compact portable MMAW unit which runs on integrated Li-ion batteries which is enough to weld upto 6 number of electrodes of 3.25mm or upto 18 number of electrodes of 2.5mm. it has a charging Duration of 45 minutes (Normal charging) and 30 minutes (Fast Charging).

MANUAL ARC WELDING INVERTER BASED SYSTEM

  • Model: Transpocket 2500 (Fronius)

The trans-Pocket 2500 is a fully digitally controlled manual electrode power source with resonant intelligence. The system is equipped with Anti-stick; Hot / Soft start functions. It is also compatible for welding with cellulose electrode in vertical down position and can be used even on generator.

SYNERGIC GAS METAL ARC WELDING INVERTER BASED SYSTEM FOR STEEL WELDING

  • Model: Trans Steel 3500 (Fronius)

Trans-steel stands out for its intelligent appliance design and being easy to operate. Digitally controlled and primed with expert knowledge, the trans-steel welding system is ready, willing to deliver for superlative steel welding. It has a digital welding technology with built-in ‘know-how’ for steel welding. With its up to 30 % higher deposition rate, Trans-Steel’s high-performance power range makes it ideal for economical welding of thick steel sheets.

SYNERGIC PULSE BASED GAS METAL ARC WELDING INVERTER SYSTEM

  • Model: TransPulsSynergic 3200

The TransPuls Synergic 3200 for short-circuit, spray and pulsed arcs is fully digitised and microprocessor controlled MIG/MAG power source. It gives the best weld properties in every respect, and reproducible results time and time again. The multi-purpose power source is suitable for MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode welding, as well as manual or robotic application.

DC INVERTER BASED GAS TUNGSTEN ARC WELDING SYSTEM

  • Model: TransTig 2200

The trans-Tig 2200 is a TIG-DC power source with an output of 220 A. It is both light and robust, completely digitised and delivers maximum power from 230V mains. It is also compatible with generator system and has automatic gas flow time (welding current dependent); non-contact ignition (HF) & touchdown ignition control.

AC INVERTER BASED GAS TUNGSTEN ARC WELDING SYSTEM FOR ALUMINIUM WELDING

  • Model: Magic Wave 2200 (Job)

The magic wave 2200 is a fully digitally controlled TIG AC/DC power source with active-wave technology and is characterised by the softest possible yet highly stable arc. The power source consists of Automatic gas post-flow time (welding current-dependent) ; Automatic tungsten balling; Non-contact ignition (HF); Reversed polarity ignition; Touchdown ignition and compatibility with Generator system.

INVERTER BASED AC/DC GAS TUNGSTEN ARC WELDING WITH DIGITALLY CONTROLLED COLD WIRE METAL TRANSFER SYSTEM

  • Model: Magic Wave 2200 with KD 4000 (wire feeder)

The whole system is fully digitised: Power source, welding torches, remote-control units, robot interfaces, PC tools. It has tack function for faster tacking of materials and special program for Aluminium. The cold metal transfer technology helps to deposit the filler metals at very low heat input than conventional systems.

VIRTUAL WELDING SIMULATION SYSTEM

  • Fronius Virtual Welding Terminal

The welding education of the future has a name: Virtual Welding. With the help of this system trainees can now take course sessions “virtually”, under quasi-realistic conditions. It brings huge potential savings, consuming up to 25 % fewer materials and resources. As its learning model, Virtual Welding stays with the tried-and-tested sequence of conventional welder training.

SYNERGIC PULSE COLD METAL TRANSFER BASED ROBOTIC GAS METAL ARC WELDING INVERTER SYSTEM

  • Model: TransPulsSynergic 3200

CMT stands for Cold Metal Transfer. Material transfer takes place with barely any flow of current. As a result, weld joints such as steel to aluminium became a reality. During the arcing period, the filler metal is moved towards the weld-pool. When the filler metal dips into the weld-pool, the arc is extinguished. The welding current is lowered. The rearward movement of the wire assists droplet detachment during the short circuit. The short-circuit current is kept small. The wire motion is reversed and the process begins all over again.

SYNERGIC PULSE BASED ROBOTIC GAS METAL ARC WELDING INVERTER SYSTEM WITH TIME TWIN TANDEM TECHNOLOGY

  • Model: TransPulsSynergic 4000 (2 nos. Master & Slave)

With time twin, controlled digital power sources work totally independently- with two separate filler wires in just one gas nozzle and in a common weld pool. This shortens the cycle times and increases the weld quality and productivity. With the time twin welding system highest productivity can be achieved in the automated welding of low or high-alloy steel and aluminium materials.
The technology involves the melting of 2 wire electrodes in a shared weld pool, in a gas shielded atmosphere. The modern microprocessor-controlled power sources of today and an extensive knowledge about material transfer enable successful use in the field. The Time Twin welding process is limited to fully mechanical and automatic applications.
